Campaign Report

1. What is a Campaign KPI?

Campaign KPIs are detailed reports that provide statistics on all activities within a marketing campaign during a specific period. These reports offer insights into the performance of each campaign, helping businesses assess success levels and make informed adjustments to optimize marketing effectiveness.

2. Campaign KPI Permissions

To access campaign KPI reports in the system, you must be granted permission to use the Campaign KPI Statistics feature.

Access: View KPI statistics of campaigns where you are either the campaign manager or a participant.

View All: View KPI statistics for all campaigns across the system.

3. Campaign KPI Overview

Campaign Filter: Select a specific campaign you want to report on.

Time Period: Choose a time range—weekly, monthly, yearly, or a custom period.

4. Campaign Staff Statistics

Displays a breakdown of staff participating in the campaign and their performance, based on engagement with opportunities and customer interactions.

5. Campaign Customer Statistics

(1) Number of Opportunities Over Time A line chart visualizing the growth in the number of customer opportunities generated during the campaign period.

(2) Opportunity Owners A bar chart comparing the number of opportunities handled by each team member during the campaign. Includes a detailed breakdown of opportunities by Engagement Method—you can click on customer numbers under each method to view more details.

(3) Opportunity Status Overview This chart provides a comprehensive snapshot of the current state of all opportunities in the campaign, including:

Won

Lost

Each status shows the number and percentage of opportunities, along with the corresponding customer list, owners, and related tasks.

(4) Orders Generated A table listing all orders created from opportunities within the campaign, including:

Order code

Order value

Order status

Purchase date

(5) Failure Reasons A chart summarizing reasons why opportunities were lost during the campaign, such as:

Competitive offers

High pricing

Poor customer follow-up

Lack of interest

Product/service mismatch

Inaccessible contact

Inability to address customer objections

Missed appointment schedules

(6) Industry Breakdown A chart categorizing failed opportunities by business industry, helping identify which sectors underperformed during the campaign.
