Question 1. Does Getfly provide a tool to score potential customers before sales?

Currently, Getfly does not support an automatic customer scoring tool.

Question 2. Is there a way for a department manager to turn off notifications about customers assigned to employees in the department?

Currently, when customers are reassigned (assigned to a new employee), the department manager will receive a notification.

To turn off these notifications, you can follow these steps:

  • Go to Avatar ⇒ Personal Information ⇒ System Notifications.

  • In the Notification Settings panel, select the Customer notifications section and uncheck the Update option.

Note: This setting is applied directly to the department manager's account (since each account has its own notification settings). Additionally, this will disable all notifications related to customer updates, not just the assignment of customers.

Question 3. Will the new account manager receive a notification when customers are assigned?

To receive notifications about customer assignments in the system, you need to enable notifications related to customers (Other Actions).

Go to Personal Information (avatar in the top right corner) ⇒ System Notifications ⇒ Settings (Customer) ⇒ Enable notifications for Other Actions.

You can enable notifications on either PC or the app depending on your personal preferences. Detailed instructions for notifications are available here.

When a customer is assigned, you will receive a notification in the bell icon in the top right corner, which you can view in either the All or Customer tab, as follows:

  1. Assigning a customer in the customer detail screen: If the person assigning the customer performs the action in the customer detail screen, the recipient will receive the notification.

  2. Assigning a customer in the customer list screen: If the person assigning customers performs bulk assignments in the customer list screen, the recipient will receive a notification.

Click the notification to view the assigned customer(s).

Question 4. Why can I only see 20 notifications on the notification bell in Getfly?

If you're only able to see 20 notifications on the Getfly notification bell and can't access older ones, you can adjust your computer settings to ensure that Getfly's interface works optimally with your device:

  1. Adjust browser zoom settings:

Open the settings in your browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.).

Find and adjust the zoom level to 100%.

  1. Adjust screen display settings:

Go to your operating system's display settings (Windows, macOS, etc.).

Adjust the screen resolution to the recommended or appropriate setting for your screen size.

Question 5. Why am I not receiving any notifications on the Getfly app even though notifications are enabled?

To receive notifications on your phone from the Getfly app, ensure that you enable notifications in both the following areas:

  1. Enable notifications in Getfly:

Go to Avatar ⇒ Personal Information ⇒ System Notifications.

In the Notification Settings panel, check the boxes for the relevant functions to receive all notifications within that category and adjust as needed (on the app).

  1. Allow notifications for the Getfly app on your phone:

On your device, allow notifications for the Getfly CRM app.

Once you enable notifications in both of these areas, you will start receiving notifications on your phone.

Question 6. Can I export an SQL backup from Getfly?

Currently, Getfly does not support exporting data in SQL backup format.

The system automatically backs up data once a day and stores data for the last 5 days. However, these backup files are encrypted with software language and cannot be decrypted, ensuring high security for the system.

Instead, you can manually export data from the system in Excel format. Types of data you can export include: customer lists, orders, products, etc.

Question 7. Can I restore customer data to a previous state before updates?

Currently, the system does not support restoring data to specific points in time during the day.

Data is backed up regularly every day at around 1 AM. If you need to restore data, the system will revert to the backup from 1 AM. Any actions made after this time will be lost, and the data will revert to its state at 1 AM.

Question 8. Does Getfly have a desktop application like Zalo or Skype?

Getfly does not provide a desktop application like Zalo or Skype. Instead, users must access the Getfly system through a web browser on their computer. Each business will log in to the system using an online link, such as: https://version6.getflycrm.com.

Question 9. How can I update customer data from Getfly to Pancake software?

There are two ways to update data from Getfly to Pancake software:

Method 1: Manual Import You can export data from Getfly and manually input it into Pancake.

Method 2: Automatic Integration You can set up an automatic data sync between Getfly and Pancake. The integration between Getfly and Pancake is managed by Pancake's software via API. Please contact Pancake's support for assistance with setting up the integration.
