How to Integrate Mailgun Email with Getfly CRM Hello,

To integrate your Mailgun account with the Getfly CRM system for sending emails, please follow the steps below:

1. Retrieve Required Information from Your Mailgun Account

After registering a Mailgun account:

Go to the Domains section.

Enter your domain name into the input field and click on the newly added domain to view its details.

The system will display the necessary CNAME and TXT records.

Next step: Access your domain provider’s management panel to add these DNS records. (If needed, contact your domain service provider for assistance.)

Once your domain is successfully verified and marked as Active:

Click the domain name to access the integration details needed for Getfly CRM.

2. Configure Email Settings in Getfly CRM 6.0

Use the information retrieved above to complete the configuration:

Navigate to: Settings ⇒ Integration ⇒ Email Marketing Integration ⇒ Mailgun ⇒ Connect

Fill in the required fields:

Mail Sending Method: SMTP

Sender Email Address: Any verified sender email

Mailgun Account Username: Provided by Mailgun

SMTP Server Address: smtp.mailgun.org

Password: The default SMTP password from your Mailgun account

Encryption Method: Choose SSL or TLS

Port Number:

SSL: 465

TLS: 587

3. Test the Integration

After entering all details:

Scroll down to the Test Email Configuration section.

Enter a recipient email address and click Test Configuration.

If everything is set up correctly, a confirmation message will appear: “Email sent successfully. Please check your inbox.”
