Questions about Facebook and Zalo

Question 1. Why doesn't my Getfly system have the Facebook and Zalo sections?

The features for connecting with Facebook (Fanpage) and Zalo (Zalo OA) are extended features of Getfly and are not included in the basic CRM package.

If you wish to use these two modules, please provide your information, and a Getfly consultant will contact you to provide specific guidance.

Question 2. What package do I need to upgrade to in order to integrate Zalo OA with Getfly and use all features?

To integrate Zalo OA with Getfly, you need to use one of the following two Zalo OA packages: Advanced or Premium. Both of these packages support opening the API connection port, making integration easy and providing access to all features.

Question 3. Why does the Facebook Fanpage connect successfully but the phone information does not show in Getfly?

When connecting a Fanpage to Getfly, the system will only capture and display phone numbers if customers send messages or comments containing their phone numbers.

This data will only be available from the time the Fanpage is connected to Getfly, meaning that any messages/comments made before the connection will not contain phone numbers, and thus, the phone information will not be displayed.
