# Warehouse Module

## 1. Benefits of Using the Warehouse Module

The Warehouse module helps business owners manage stock imports, exports, and inventory directly within the CRM system.

* Business owners can quickly view reports on warehouse activities through the warehouse management section, with real-time updates on stock movements.
* It allows for the establishment of strict warehouse approval processes to minimize the risk of stock loss.
* It also makes it easier for sales teams to check stock levels without needing to ask the accounting department.

## 2. User Permissions

To assign permissions for using the warehouse functionality in Getfly CRM, follow these steps:

Go to Settings → select Permissions.

Choose the user group to modify.

Enable the relevant permissions related to the Warehouse module.
