It makes it easier to monitor amounts, manage income and expenses, and ensures that all transactions are presented consistently. This reduces errors and enhances the professionalism of financial reports.

2. **User Permission Requirement**\
   To configure decimal settings for units and currency, you must have System Permission Management access rights.

In the Quantity Settings section, enter the desired number of decimal places.

In the Currency Settings section, locate the Decimal Places option.

Example: To record currency values with two decimal places (e.g., 5,000,000.03), enter 2 in the decimal places field.

Click Update to apply the changes.
