Getfly CRM provides a comprehensive financial reporting system that complies with the formats issued by the General Department of Taxation and current regulations such as Circulars T133 and T200.

1. Report Templates Based on Circular T133
1.1 Account Balance Sheet
Also known as the Trial Balance Sheet, this report is used to verify and reconcile recorded data from accounting books and documents. It ensures accuracy before compiling the Balance Sheet and conducting other financial activities. As a supplementary statement submitted to tax authorities, the account balance sheet provides an overview of the changes in accounts during the year, including capital sources, liabilities, revenue, other income, and overall business performance.
1.2 Financial Statement - Form B01A
Form B01A is structured in decreasing order of asset liquidity, from the most to the least liquid:
I. Cash and Cash Equivalents II. Financial Investments III. Receivables IV. Inventory V. Fixed Assets VI. Investment Properties VII. Construction in Progress VIII. Other Assets
1.3 Financial Statement - Form B01B
Form B01B is organized by asset type, starting with current and then non-current assets. Within each group, assets are arranged by their liquidity:
Total Assets = Current Assets + Non-current Assets
A. Current Assets include: I. Cash and Cash Equivalents II. Short-term Financial Investments III. Short-term Receivables IV. Construction in Progress V. Long-term Financial Investments
B. Non-current Assets include: I. Long-term Receivables II. Fixed Assets III. Investment Properties IV. Construction in Progress V. Long-term Financial Investments
1.4 Balance Sheet (Form B01-DN)
The balance sheet is a key component of the financial report, prepared at the end of a month, quarter, or fiscal year. It reflects an overall picture of the company’s assets and capital structure at a specific point in time.
1.5 Income Statement
The income statement summarizes revenue and expenses over a specific period. Also known as the Profit and Loss Statement, it provides a clear view of the business's profitability and its tax obligations.
Functions of the Income Statement:
Helps users understand the company’s financial performance and sales trends in each reporting period.
Enables easy comparison between current and previous reporting periods.
Identifies operating costs and profitability, allowing decision-makers to develop improvement strategies and future business plans.
1.6 Income Statement (Form B02-DN)
This form is a standard component of the financial report as defined in the appendix of Circular No. 133/2016/TT-BTC dated August 26, 2016, issued by the Ministry of Finance, applicable to small and medium-sized enterprises.
1.7 Cash Flow Statement (Form B03-DN)
Also known as the Statement of Cash Flows, this report presents all cash inflows and outflows over a specific period. It helps business managers monitor and assess how effectively cash flows are utilized within the organization.
1.8 Custom Reports
Getfly CRM allows users to create custom financial reports. You can freely define criteria, codes, notes, calculation types, and formulas.

2. Customizing Report Indicators
Getfly allows full customization of report indicators and calculation formulas. To configure:
Go to the desired report → Select "Update Indicator" → Click "Add Indicator"
(1) Formula Types Type 1: Based on account balances
Type 2: Based on Type 1 indicators
Type 3: Based on Type 1 and/or Type 2 indicators
Type 4: Based on Type 1, 2, or 3 indicators
Type 5: Based on Type 1–4 indicators
Type 6: Based on Type 1–5 indicators
(2) Formula Syntax Elements in formulas must be enclosed in {}.
For accounts or fixed values, each element must include:
Operator (+, -, *, /)
Type (N – fixed number, D – Debit, C – Credit, R – Corresponding entry)
Account code
For other indicators, each element includes:
Operator
Indicator code
Note: Formulas must be written continuously, without spaces.
(3) Editing Criteria You can modify the indicator code, explanation, formula type, and calculation formula as needed.
