## Question 7. Why can’t I create a new user account on Getfly?&#x20;

Answer: There are two main reasons why account creation may fail:

1. **User limit reached for your plan**&#x20;

Check your system’s user limit at: Settings → System Info → Number of Users in Use

<figure><img src="/files/dJMN0tywRDCoCblBpZt9" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/77FnEly4893tkAFVevPZ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can either remove inactive accounts or contact Getfly to upgrade your user limit.

2. **Duplicate username/email detected**&#x20;

If the system shows a duplicate error, it may be because the username or email already exists, including accounts that have been deleted.

<figure><img src="/files/NseRk27FAgnrre1zByc3" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/7qpP8vnQHuSFnVmtdMAO" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Solutions:

* Option 1: Use a different username/email for the new account.
* Option 2: Restore the previously deleted account that caused the conflict.

  <figure><img src="/files/iQz7RBPc5XxYaSGvlRpB" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Change its username/email to avoid duplication.

<figure><img src="/files/a8IZ33dr6a0iRgUDO6xv" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/dxpjqL5mTs7yLQ1TsA1Q" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Delete the restored account again.

Proceed to create the new account with the intended username/email.

## Question 8. Can I temporarily deactivate a user account on Getfly?

Answer: No. Getfly currently does not support temporary account suspension. However, you can restrict access in two ways:

**Option 1:** Delete the user account Go to Settings → User Management → Delete the account

<figure><img src="/files/Ch9VRayQhDf0tm8YNao7" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Option 2:** Move the user to a no-access permission group

Go to Settings → Permissions → Create a new permission group

Do not assign any permissions

Assign the user to this group

<figure><img src="/files/wVIcoQp08ZGLUC3DsxZm" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This method ensures the user cannot perform any actions even if the account is still active.
