# SIGN-UP / LOGIN GUIDE
## 1. How to Register a Getfly CRM Account
To create your Getfly CRM account, follow these steps:
**Step 1:** Select your language Open the Getfly CRM mobile app → Choose your preferred language → Tap "Continue".
**Step 2:** Set Up Your CRM System Enter the system administrator’s information, including:
Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number
**Step 3:** Verify your phone number An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the phone number you provided. Enter the code and tap "Continue".
**Step 4:** Create Login Credentials Once your OTP is verified, you’ll be prompted to set your login details:
Username
Password
Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters and include at least one special character.
**Step 5:** Enter Company Information Fill in your company details:
Company Name
Logo (optional)
Industry
Number of Employees
**Step 6:** Set your company domain Enter your preferred domain name to complete your system setup on Getfly CRM.
## 2. How to Log In
### 2.1 Log in with Username and Password
To log into the Getfly CRM app, enter:
(1) Domain URL
(2) Username
(3) Password
### 2.2 Log in with Face ID
To enable Face ID login:
Tap your Avatar → Login Settings → Enable Face ID Login.
Once activated, you can simply tap the Face ID icon on the login screen to sign in.
Note: Face ID login is only available on iOS devices that support Face ID.
## 3. **Step-by-Step Instructions**
Please follow the detailed steps below:
### 3.1 **Select Interface Language**
In the top right corner, next to the “Đăng nhập” (Login) title, you will see a flag icon with the default language set to **VIE (Vietnamese)**.
Click on this icon and select **English** to switch the interface language.
### 3.2 **Enter Login Information**
* **Access Domain**: Enter the domain of your Getfly CRM system (e.g., `https://demo.getflycrm.com`).
* **Username**: Enter your account's username.
* **Password**: Enter your account password.
* *(Optional)* Check the **"Remember password"** box if you want to save your login credentials for future use.
### 3.3 **Log into the System**
Click the **“Login”** button to access the system.
✅ Once logged in successfully, you will enter the Getfly CRM system with the **English language interface**.
