1. Benefits of Using the HRM Module
Manage online personnel records, including current and former employees.
Track employee contracts digitally.
Enable attendance tracking directly within Getfly CRM, allowing employees to proactively monitor their workdays transparently and accurately.
Set up salary scales as a basis for calculating social insurance contributions.
Define salary levels by job position.
Employees can view their personal salary records directly within Getfly.
Manage the list of employees with salary advances.
Establish internal policies regarding labor incident compensation.
Configure taxes and insurance by employee, to be applied later in payroll calculations.
2. Access Permissions
To grant access for users to utilize the HRM features in Getfly CRM, go to:
Settings → Permissions → Select the User Group → Enable HRM-related permissions
Permission Levels:
Access – Allows users to access relevant features within the HRM module
Create – Allows adding new entries in the HRM module
Edit – Allows modifying existing HRM data
Delete – Allows removing entries within the HRM module
Note: To configure basic data for the HRM module, users must have both HRM Access and Contract & Tax Access permissions. If a user only has HRM Access, they will be able to view the HR dashboard and manage general HR data, but will not have access to contracts or tax configurations.
