Affiliate Report
1. What is the Affiliate KPI?
The Affiliate KPI is a summary report that compiles and tracks the number of customers (leads) referred by existing customers and employees over a specified period.
For businesses operating with multi-level sales models, collaborators, partners, agencies, or clients referring new customers, the Affiliate feature enables businesses to accurately track who referred whom.
Based on this data, businesses can review monthly/quarterly/yearly referral numbers and values, identify top referrers, and implement appropriate reward or appreciation programs.
This is also an effective marketing strategy. Leads from affiliate sources tend to have a higher conversion rate due to the credibility and trust between the referrer and the referred party.2.
