Overview of Financial Accounting

2. Permissions

To grant permissions for users to access the Financial Accounting feature in Getfly CRM, follow these steps:

Go to Settings → select Permissions → select the permission group to modify → check the permissions related to Financial Accounting.

Permissions:

Access: Access the corresponding features in the Financial Accounting module.

Add New: Add new records in the corresponding features of the Financial Accounting module.

Edit: Edit records in the corresponding features of the Financial Accounting module.

Delete: Delete records in the corresponding features of the Financial Accounting module.

Approve: Approve entries in the Accounting section of the Financial Accounting module.

View All: View all expense requests in the Financial Accounting module.

3. Dashboard Overview

The Getfly CRM Dashboard allows businesses to monitor the inflow and outflow of cash, the balance of income and expenses, the structure of income and expenses by product, and outstanding debts (both receivable and payable).

3.1. Cash Flow Chart

The Cash Flow Chart helps business owners compare the inflows and outflows of cash over specific periods (months, quarters, years).

The line graph represents the business's cash flow by month, and clicking on it will display the amount of money.

Cash Flow Calculation Formula: Beginning balance + Total collected during the period - Total spent during the period.

In the cash flow chart, you can quickly create Receipts and Payments entries.

3.2. Income/Expense Balance Chart

The Income/Expense Balance Chart provides a statistical view of the ratio of income to expenses within a selected period.

The chart displays the percentage of income and expenses for the selected period. Hovering over the chart shows the corresponding income and expense amounts.

3.3. Revenue Structure by Product

This chart shows the revenue share of the top 5 best-selling products. The report can also be filtered by month, quarter, year, or other custom time periods.

By analyzing this chart, you can identify which products are selling the best and plan business strategies for the next month. Hovering over the chart shows the product name, revenue, and percentage share of total revenue.

3.4. Recent Activities

This section records recent activities, such as the creation of receipts and payment vouchers by users in the system.

The dashboard also helps business owners quickly check the company’s financial status based on the cash balance available.

You can click to view details of each fund or click on individual funds for more information.

3.5. Accounts Receivable and Payable

The dashboard also provides an overview of all outstanding receivables and payables of customers.
